Invest In Structures(IIS) offer full design services from Pre-planning, Feasibility, Budget projections, Team building, Construction documentation, Interior design to Construction administration.

LEED (Green) Strategies

We are early adopters of green building and design. Andrew McIntyre received his LEED AP accreditation back in 2007 and continues to integrate all his designs with sustainability as the driving force through completion. PreFab construction combines most of these practices.

Project Management

IIS is there every step of the way. Weekly meetings to ensure a successful full team and successful project. Team selection and management help guide and inform the client throughout every stage of the project.

Construction Management

IIS develops a plan and works with you and local municipalities to ensure we are complying with all local and state requirements.

Team Development

We believe assembling the entire team for construction projects early makes for a successful outcome. Most design questions are answered early on in the process and thus eliminating mistakes late in the game and avoiding costly change orders.

3-D Rendering and Walk-Throughs

IIS works with clients over virtual meetings and making design decisions live is easy in a 3-d walk-through format.

MODULAR BUILDING PROCESS

Here is a great example of a drone film that documents the modular construction process for single family home located in Boulder, Colorado. A very successful set day- Owners very happy.

Here is a great example of a time-lapse film that documents the modular construction process for apartments located in Portland, Oregon. The modular manufacturer is MODS PDX out of Portland, OR, and the transportation and crane operator is Bent Level out of Molalla, Oregon. We were not involved with this project, however, it provides a great overview of showing the overall process of utilizing modular construction.
